At Oracle Health I designed the agent persona for Oracle's clinical AI, deployed across multiple platforms and used by clinicians daily in high-stakes care environments. The challenge with LLM-driven agents is that a defined persona doesn't guarantee consistent behavior. Under pressure, edge cases, or unexpected inputs, models drift from their character. I built the prompt architecture and behavioral guidelines to stabilize it.
