I'm a UX and conversation designer who's spent the last decade obsessing over how technology talks to people. Not just what it says, but how it says it, what it does when things go sideways, and whether the person on the other end actually feels heard. When AI came along, it turned out to be a pretty natural fit. I've designed conversational and AI experiences across healthcare, automotive, and enterprise. Most recently at Oracle Health, building clinical AI agents for hospitals where the stakes are as real as it gets.
